Davis Square Architects worked closely with the South Boston Neighborhood Development Corporation and Caritas Communities on 206 West Broadway, the redevelopment of two underutilized vacant parcels in the heart of South Boston — a neighborhood where rents have skyrocketed and affordable housing is in high demand.
The mixed-use building consists of 16 affordable units with ground-floor retail space, and is located directly next to the Broadway Red Line stop. The project is a welcome addition to the enhancement and preservation of the vibrant South Boston community.
