33-41 Farnsworth Street

33-41 Farnsworth Street is located in the dynamic Seaport area of Boston, and is a perfect example of historic warehouse buildings that give the neighborhood its appeal. The owners needed to update the cramped lobby space and brought in DSA to fully reconfigure the building lobby to showcase the original wood structure while adding a vibrant up-to-date feel to draw visitors into the building. The renovation required major structural changes, a new accessible lift and vestibule enclosure, and reconfiguration of all mechanical systems.

DSA’s design also included entirely new finishes, custom wall graphics and lighting to create a showcase lobby and destination for building users and visitors.
