Cote Village, a new mixed-use affordable housing community, is located on the former Cote Ford Dealership site on Cummins Highway and Regis Road in Mattapan. This 2.3-acre, city-owned parcel sat vacant for more than 20 years.
The award-winning project provides 76 one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom residential units (divided between flats and townhouses) and a community room, along with commercial space. Cote Village’s convenient location is next to the Blue Hill Avenue stop on the MBTA Commuter Rail Fairmount Line.
