Rosemont Square Clubhouse

Davis Square Architects designed this new 4,000 sf clubhouse for Rosemont Square in Randolph, MA. The client, Beacon Communities LLC, envisioned a facility that would reflect the complex’s market repositioning as a luxury, high-service apartment rental community. This meant replacing an uninspired existing swimming pool.

The clubhouse is the first community building for more than 500 apartment units, and is a flagship for the development’s new owner-managers. Amenities include a community room with exercise equipment overlooking the pool, a juice bar, bath and changing rooms, and new space for the management and leasing offices. Details include sustainable wheat board paneling, simple cost-effective materials, and bright paint accents. This project was Davis Square Architects’ first endeavor at a paperless, all-electronic construction contract administration process.
