Watertown Square Apartments

Partnering with Equity Residential, Davis Square Architects worked closely with A Square Design to rejuvenate and reimagine the indoor amenity spaces within this large, 134-unit urban multifamily building.

By reconfiguring circulation and layout, the team transformed the flow and created inviting entry and work areas that support resident comfort, flexibility, and everyday use. These refreshed spaces include the lobby entrance, community room, kitchenette, co-working spaces and meeting rooms, and management and leasing office spaces. With thoughtful design solutions and modern, sophisticated finishes, these amenities now fully support and serve residents and staff, bringing new energy to the building.
