Windsor at Oak Grove Clubhouse

The Windsor at Oak Grove is a luxury 500+-unit community located across the street from the MBTA Oak Grove station. Davis Square Architects teamed with Windsor Communities and their interior design team on a major gut renovation of the development’s clubhouse building.

The new space is equipped with many state-of-the-art features, including a club room with a bar, co-working space, new leasing and management offices, and high-end finishes and millwork by The Childs Dreyfus Group (CDG), Chicago-based interior designers. DSA worked closely with CDG to coordinate extensive exterior, structural and MEP reconfigurations to make the new interior vision a reality. The building layout was fully reconfigured to offer sweeping views from the entry through the improved amenities spaces, maximizing the impact of the new interiors. The renovated clubhouse is designed to be an adaptable, welcoming space for residents to work and play.
