Sharon MacNulty, Associate, has been with Davis Square Architects since 2000, and has over 10 years of experience in architectural and urban design. Though her experience spans a variety of projects, Sharon specializes in sustainability, resident participation, and the reuse and the restoration of historic buildings for housing. Sharon has extensive experience working with public agencies and public bidding; she is our designated in-house Chapter 149 expert.

With a commitment to producing highly efficient design, Sharon is well versed in various green standards and helps navigate projects through the application process. She has given presentations to the Massachusetts Department of Housing & Community Development (DHCD) about Healthy Homes, and she is an architectural consultant for the Enterprise Community Partners, Inc.’s Green Communities Initiative. She has received the Award of Recognition from the Boston Society of Architects Women in Design Committee for her exhibit of a Brownfield-to-Greenfield affordable housing project.
